Product Introduction

The secondary membrane separation experimental machine (DMJ60-2) can be replaced with microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, and reverse osmosis membrane components. It can achieve single level filtering or two-stage continuous simultaneous filtering; At the same time, ultrafiltration and nanofiltration membranes can be activated simultaneously to complete the clarification and filtration of product solutions, including graded ultrafiltration, nanofiltration concentration, desalination, alcohol removal, and reverse osmosis concentration. The product solution is collected in segments according to its molecular weight within the same time period, and the entire process is continuous and controllable.

1. The secondary membrane separation and filtration system can be replaced with microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, and reverse osmosis membrane components. It can achieve single level filtering or two-stage continuous simultaneous filtering;

2. At the same time, ultrafiltration and nanofiltration membranes can be activated simultaneously to complete the clarification and filtration of product solutions, including graded ultrafiltration, nanofiltration concentration, desalination, alcohol removal, and reverse osmosis concentration. 5. Fully configuring the flow range of the pump according to the membrane surface flow rate of sanitary membrane components can ensure that the experimental parameters selected by the experimental equipment can be directly amplified into industrial production;

6. The membrane shell is designed according to fluid dynamics, fully ensuring the membrane surface flow rate and ensuring the stability and reliability of test data;

7. Equipped with automatic overpressure protection function, overpressure automatically shuts down, ensuring safety during use;

8. Equipped with a temperature control module, it automatically shuts down when overtemperature occurs, ensuring the stability of materials during the experimental process; Can set high and low temperature alarms, automatic start and stop; Can set timed start stop function;

9. Can be replaced with other models of organic microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, and reverse osmosis membrane components;

10. All stainless steel welding adopts automatic argon filling protection, single sided welding, double sided forming, and the internal and external surface quality of the pipeline is excellent. There are no welding points in the pipeline that come into contact with the material, ensuring the pressure resistance and corrosion resistance of the equipment. The equipment is easy to operate, clean and hygienic, safe and reliable.
