Product Introduction

The Ceramic membrane pilot filtration system (BONA-GM-M22SA) can replace Ceramic membrane elements (UF, MF) with different pore sizes, and is widely used in biological, pharmaceutical, food, chemical, environmental protection and other fields, and is used for process experiments such as separation, purification, clarification and sterilization of feed liquid. It can replace traditional processes such as plate and frame filtration, centrifugal separation, solvent extraction, natural sedimentation, diatomaceous earth filtration, etc. It can reduce the amount of activated carbon used for decolorization, improve the adsorption efficiency of resin adsorption, and extend the regeneration cycle of ion exchange resin. The Ceramic membrane filtration separation technology has the advantages of fast filtration speed, high yield, good quality, low operation cost, long service life, etc.

Product Features

1. The membrane shell is designed based on fluid dynamics and is fully configured according to the membrane surface flow rate range of industrial production, ensuring that the experimental parameters selected by the equipment can be directly applied to industrial production;

2. Equipped with automatic overpressure protection function, setting pressure protection parameters. When the system's operating pressure monitoring exceeds the set protection value, the system will automatically interlock protection action, sound and light alarm, and automatically shut down;

3. Equipped with automatic overtemperature protection function, setting temperature protection parameters. When the system's operating temperature monitoring exceeds the set protection value, the system will automatically interlock protection action, sound and light alarm, and automatically shut down;

4. The system monitors all safety related parameters in real-time operation, and makes corresponding protection actions, beep alarms, and automatic shutdown protection according to different situations. It accurately records the alarm information, location, and cause, and the alarm records can be traced. The system is equipped with an emergency stop button, which stops the system immediately when pressed, and enters standby mode when reset;

5. The system automatically controls the working pressure and circulating flow rate through PLC, and can achieve two filtering modes: constant pressure filtration and constant flow filtration, meeting the experimental needs of different situations, with strong universality and convenient operation;

6. Other Ceramic membrane elements of the same model with arbitrary precision can be replaced;

7. Adopting an inline heat exchanger, the temperature of the materials in the system is controlled through external circulating cooling water to ensure the heat exchange area while avoiding the residual materials in the system meeting hygiene requirements;

8. All stainless steel welding adopts automatic argon filling protection, single sided welding, double sided forming, and there are no welding points in the pipeline in contact with the material, ensuring the pressure resistance and corrosion resistance of the equipment. The internal and external surfaces of the equipment pipeline are of excellent quality, easy to operate, clean and hygienic, safe and reliable;

9. The equipment is equipped with load-bearing universal casters, which are easy to move and firmly fixed;
