      The fermentation broth is concentrated through membrane filtration, and the concentrated solution can be filtered through plates and frames or directly used as a calcium supplement for livestock feed** The membrane permeate and the plate frame pressure filtrate are concentrated through nanofiltration, then crystallized by standing still. Calcium lactate is obtained by filtering through the filter screen. High purity solid calcium lactate can be obtained by washing the surface fabric liquid with cold water. The filtrate can be concentrated again and crystallized again. According to the process requirements, the filtrate can be collected and concentrated again to improve the yield.


Nanofiltration filtrate can also be used as an additive for livestock feed.
